Buffalo Wellness is a modern wellness destination located inside Hair Architects Salon in Buffalo, MN. Formerly known as Buffalo Day Spa, we've reimagined the traditional spa experience to bring wellness, beauty, recovery, and self-care together under one roof.

Holistic Therapies
We currently offer 5 holistic therapies. Each session is private to yourself, but you can invite family and friends to book with you. All pricing (session and subscription) is priced per person and is not for parties.

Experience the therapeutic benefits of our active salt room, where pharmaceutical-grade salt is dispersed into the air to support respiratory health, reduce inflammation, and promote clearer airways. Salt therapy may help with asthma, allergies, sinus congestion, skin health, and overall wellness. For best results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week for at least 3 weeks. Our unlimited monthly membership makes it easy to incorporate salt therapy into your wellness routine, especially during the winter months.
What to Wear
A luxurious spa robe and cushioned slippers are provided upon arrival. For maximum skin exposure and the greatest benefits, we recommend wearing a swimsuit or lightweight, comfortable clothing.

Our Red Light Therapy Sauna combines red light and infrared heat to support cellular repair, collagen production, circulation, muscle recovery, and relaxation. Regular sessions may improve skin health, reduce inflammation, ease muscle tension, and promote detoxification through sweating.
For best results, start with 3–5 sessions per week for 1–4 weeks, then maintain with 1–2 sessions per week. Unlimited monthly memberships are a great way to stay consistent.
